Last Thursday, we had the chance to showcase six companies from the Global Startups community, and two updates—startups shaped by resilience, adaptability, and sharp pivots. Some are building core AI solutions across industries. Others are innovating in health-tech and beyond. But they all share something more important than sector or tech stack: they’ve put in the work.
These founders didn’t walk into Pitch Day with surface-level ideas. When they first entered the NEA program, many still needed to refine their business model, identify market fit, and build investor-ready messaging. Fast-forward a few months, and we saw polished five-minute pitches that didn’t just talk about the product—they told the story of a company ready to grow, ready to be challenged, and ready to scale.

Let’s be honest: good pitches are never spontaneous. These teams practiced weekly for weeks. It was exhausting. But that intensity led to clarity. They learned to strip away fluff, lean into what matters, and deliver meaningful insights investors need—not just what founders want to say.
They also worked with Dentons to address legal red flags—because let’s face it, no startup has perfect documentation. But being able to say, “Here’s what we’re fixing” shows transparency and maturity. Add to that guidance from financial and marketing advisors, and you’ve got companies that aren’t just building—they’re listening, evolving, and executing.
And perhaps most important of all, they worked on their communication. For immigrant founders, this isn’t just about language. It’s about confidence, cultural context, and clarity. That’s where our program comes in—providing the tools, support, and space to help founders tell their story powerfully.

These companies are exactly what our thesis is about: undervalued teams with high upside. Founders with experience (this isn’t their first rodeo), building real solutions, in real markets, with a mindset of constant improvement. They’re the kind of startups that syndicated investors and venture capital firms should be paying attention to—before the market catches up.
Whether you’re looking to co-invest with GSA Ventures or build direct relationships, our community has a robust, under-the-radar pipeline worth exploring.
Because in this game, it’s not always the flashiest companies that win—it’s the ones who’ve been preparing behind the scenes.
